Terms of Service

These terms govern projects and services provided by Biz Optimisers. A signed proposal or statement of work takes precedence over this page where they differ.

Proposals and payment

Fixed-price work is split into milestones; retainers are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are payable within 7 days. Work may pause on overdue accounts.

Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the deliverables created for you. We retain the right to reuse generic, non-client-specific code and to show the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

Revisions and scope

Each project includes the revision rounds stated in the proposal. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit or third-party platform outages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Client-specific agreements may specify another jurisdiction.
